IQ REAL^TM series are our latest Real-Time PCR based shrimp viral detection products. This system can accommodate higher concentration of sample loading for a sequence-specific TagMan^® probe is employed to eliminate the non-specific signal.  In addition to the viral specific probe, a shrimp genome specific probe is also included in IQ REAL^TM. Therefore IQ REAL^TM—ü can quantitate both viral and shrimp genomic nucleic acids by a single reaction and differentiate the infectious level with the built-in internal control. With the standard 96-well plate format and the universal amplification profile for all kinds of virus, IQ REAL^—ü series are ideal for high throughput diagnosis.
