Experimental Procedure

1		Simultaneously amplify WSSV, IHHNV, and TSV targets by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in a single tube.
2		After PCR reaction, transfer the PCR product (amplicon) to the chamber of MultiVir chip for hybridization in IQ SpotterTM.
3		The labeled amplicons hybridize with the pre-dotted probe on the MultiVir chip.
4		The blockers which have the enzyme activity for coloration combine with the labeled amplicons.
5		Detectors will show black color after been catalyzed by blockers.
